Troubleshooting SSL Certificates
Issue: "Your connection is not private" (SSL Pending)
Cause: The domain was recently registered or DNS was just updated. Solution:
- Ensure your nameservers point to
ns1.nupatcloud.comandns2.nupatcloud.com. - In cPanel, go to SSL/TLS Status and click Run AutoSSL.
Issue: Mixed Content Warnings
Cause: Some images, scripts, or CSS files on your website are hardcoded with http:// instead of https://.
Solution:
- If using WordPress, install the Really Simple SSL plugin or update site URLs in Settings > General.
