Installing WordPress with 1-Click Softaculous

Nupat Cloud shared hosting includes Softaculous Auto-Installer, allowing you to install WordPress, WooCommerce, Joomla, or Laravel in under 60 seconds with zero coding.

1-Click WordPress Installation Guide​

Step 1: Open Softaculous Apps Installer​

  1. Log into cPanel via Nupat Cloud Dashboard.
  2. Scroll down to the Software section or the Softaculous Apps Installer banner at the bottom.
  3. Click the WordPress icon.

Step 2: Configure Software Setup​

Click the orange Install Now button and complete the setup fields:

  • Choose Protocol: Select https:// or https://www. (Ensures your site installs securely with SSL).
  • Choose Domain: Select the domain or subdomain where WordPress should be installed.
  • In Directory: Leave this blank to install directly on yourdomain.com. (If you type blog, it installs at yourdomain.com/blog).

Step 3: Admin & Site Credentials​

  • Site Name: Enter your business name (e.g. Lagos Logistics Hub).
  • Site Description: Enter your tagline.
  • Admin Username: Choose a unique username (do not use admin).
  • Admin Password: Create a strong password.
  • Admin Email: Enter your working email address (for password reset alerts).

Step 4: Complete Installation​

Click Install at the bottom of the page. Softaculous will create the MySQL database, download WordPress core files, and configure permissions automatically.

Accessing Your WordPress Dashboard​

After completion, you will see two links:

  1. Website URL: https://yourdomain.com
  2. Administrative URL: https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin

Click the administrative link to log into your WordPress Dashboard and start picking themes or plugins!
