Accessing cPanel

cPanel is the industry-standard web hosting control panel used to manage your website files, databases, custom corporate email addresses, and security settings.

You can log into cPanel instantly without typing a password using our direct SSO integration:

  1. Log in to your Nupat Cloud Dashboard.
  2. Click on Services > My Hosting.
  3. Click Manage next to your active hosting package.
  4. On the left sidebar menu under Actions, click Log in to cPanel.
  5. You will be automatically redirected and logged into your cPanel interface.

Method 2: Direct URL Access​

You can also log into cPanel directly using your domain name or server IP address in any browser:

Using Your Domain Name:​

  • https://yourdomain.com/cpanel OR
  • https://yourdomain.com:2083

Using Server IP Address:​

  • https://197.xxx.xxx.xxx:2083 (Replace with your server IP listed in your Welcome Email).

Finding Your cPanel Credentials​

When your hosting account is activated, Nupat Cloud sends a "New Hosting Account Information" email containing:

  • cPanel Username
  • cPanel Temporary Password
  • Server IP & Nameservers

:::tip Forgot Password? If you forget your cPanel password, navigate to your Nupat Cloud Dashboard, select your hosting package, and click Change Password under the cPanel action menu. :::
