Registering a Domain Name

How to Register a New Domain​

Step 1: Search Domain Availability​

  1. Log into your Nupat Cloud Dashboard or visit our public Domain Checker.
  2. Enter your desired domain name into the search bar (e.g., lagosbakery).
  3. Select your preferred extension (.com.ng, .ng, .com) from the dropdown or click Search.

Step 2: Choose Your Domain Extension​

Step 3: Configure Domain Options​

  • DNS Management: Enable free Nupat Cloud DNS management to add A, CNAME, and MX records easily.
  • ID Protection / Privacy: Conceals your personal phone number, home/office address, and email address from public WHOIS databases (available for TLDs supporting WHOIS privacy).
  • Nameservers: If you purchased hosting with Nupat Cloud, leave default nameservers:
    • ns1.nupatcloud.com
    • ns2.nupatcloud.com

Step 4: Checkout & Instant Activation​
