Downloading Invoices & Receipts

Nupat Cloud automatically generates itemized invoices for every domain purchase, hosting subscription, or addon renewal. These documents serve as valid accounting receipts for corporate tax and auditing purposes.

How to Access Your Invoices​

  1. Log into your Nupat Cloud Dashboard.
  2. Click Billing > My Invoices in the top navigation bar.
  3. You will see a list of all current and past invoices showing:
    • Invoice #
    • Invoice Date
    • Due Date
    • Total Amount (NGN / USD)
    • Status (Paid, Unpaid, Cancelled)

Downloading PDF Receipts​

  1. Click on the specific invoice row you want to download.
  2. At the top of the invoice view page, click Download PDF or Print.
  3. Save the PDF invoice directly to your computer or send it to your accounting department.

:::tip Updating Corporate Invoice Details If your corporate tax ID, company registration number (RC Number), or VAT address needs to appear on your official PDF invoice, update your profile details under Account Settings > Billing Details prior to generating or paying invoices. :::
